The stability and dignity of sitting on the floor with the knees down just feels right to me.

Sitting for x minutes doesn’t seem ideal.

It can be dangerous to speak of there being a “point” to meditation, but to me, it seems pretty safe to say this is one.

I feel like I owe my practice an apology.
