“It’s a Lot”

I love and honor how invested spiritual people are in relating to their own personal version of experience as “a lot” or “loud” or “oh, you know how it is with [zodiac sign]s.”

What if everyone’s experience is “a lot,” and spiritual training just teaches one to articulate it?

Questions for spiritual practitioners with “loud” lives:

Would you behave or treat others differently if that were the case?

Would you be so forthcoming about how loud your own experience was?

If this isn’t your default assumption about others’ experience, what is, and why?
