That’s All There Is to It

I have the “that’s all there is to it” spirituality recognizable as a Zen persuasion.

But I recognize that the subtlety of what “that” refers to is crazy-making enough that no amount of “that’s all there is to it” is going to help some people.

It’s almost unfair to say “that’s all there is to it” to some people.

“That” being, essentially, recognizing that an activity they related to as basically just EXISTING is actually a particular thing they’re DOING, then realizing they can STOP DOING IT without the world ending.

Better to talk about relatable things, and let the reality shine through in the example.
