Energy, Awareness, and Make-Believe

Here’s how I see it these days:

🫁 “Energy stuff” is the real stuff. It concerns being you and integrating your body/mind/world. You can learn from others, but it’s unique to you.

🧠 “Awareness stuff” is a support structure for energy stuff.

📜 Everything else is make-believe.

Questions you could ask yourself to engage with the above:

🧘: What is “stuff,” and is it 1-1 identical with particular Practices™ or not?

🦹: Is make-believe good, actually? Is it sometimes NECESSARY, actually?

💩: Where does wiping an ass fit in?
